• Confirm that you are not violating any laws or engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Use the platform solely for lawful and intended purposes related to organizing and attending events.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payments for event participation are processed through Stripe.
• You may request a full refund minus payment system fees if you cancel at least 24 hours before the event.
• Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights to content and event mechanics created by experts and through the platform remain the property of Dialaki. This includes any uploaded texts, photos, videos, and other materials related to the event.

4. Liability

Dialaki is not responsible for event cancellations initiated by the event organizer. The organizer is solely responsible for such decisions.

5. Changes to Terms

Any changes to the Terms of Service will be communicated to you via the email address you provided during registration. You are responsible for reviewing any updates.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and any disputes will be handled according to the legal framework of Cyprus.
